We offer exclusive use of the venue for your event! We also help eliminate some of the stress by giving you up to two days to set-up or decorate and one to de-decorate (please confirm specific availability and times with our event coordinator).

Our theater, at 4,800 square feet, is designed for optimal acoustics with a beautiful coffered ceiling, impressive crown molding, elegant woodwork and can accommodate up to 400 guests. It is equipped with a modern sound system with lavalier and handheld microphones, and podiums available for your use.

Our grand ballroom offers over 8,000 square feet with stately columns and terrazzo floor that can accommodate from 100-500 guests. The adjoining bar area has room for additional tables or buffet area. For a special event our grand ballroom provides an elegant space with chandeliers draped with lighted tulle and a raised platform at one end with a lit tulle backdrop.

Our exquisite Fireside Lounge with detailed crown molding and checkered terrazzo floor is reminiscent of a 1920s London private club. The 1,150 square foot room provides you with many options in how to use the space from intimate meetings to elegant meals.

The Eau Claire Masonic Ballroom lends itself well to hosting many different types of events: private party, reunion, prom, fundraiser, concert, public speaker, meeting, convention, holiday party, dinner theater, and community ball are just some ideas. What do you have in mind?

Our caterers are some of the best in the Chippewa Valley with extensive menus and experience to meet every need and budget. If there is something you would like to offer your guests that is not on the menu, please inquire.

All rates are subject to state sales tax. Additional kitchen facility, caterer or beverage service fee may be charged depending on your event needs. All room rental fees, along with a signed contract, are required to reserve a date. All fees are non-refundable. If you are having full catering service for your event: a second deposit of $1,500 is required 60-days before your event and your final deposit with a $500 security deposit are due at 15-days before your event. Your remaining security deposit will be issued the week after your event.

From coffee to cocktails we have beverages covered for your event.

We offer full beverage service for your event with hosted and cash bar options or a combination of the two. If there is something special you would like to offer your guests, please ask. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
