At The Eau Claire Masonic Ballroom we believe that your wedding day is meaningful and honor that by giving you exclusive use of the venue for your special day! We also help eliminate some of the stress by giving you up to two days to decorate (typically Thursday & Friday) and one to de-decorate (Monday; please confirm specific availability and times with our event coordinator).

Our wedding chapel is designed for optimal acoustics with a beautiful coffered ceiling and modern sound system. The 4,800 square foot room is adorned with impressive crown molding, elegant woodwork and can accommodate up to 400 guests. The chapel is also available as a rain site if you are having your reception with us.

Our grand ballroom has chandeliers draped with lighted tulle, a raised head table platform with lit tulle backdrop, and a formal entrance ideal for grand march introductions. The ballroom offers over 8,000 square feet with stately columns and terrazzo floor that can accommodate from 100-500 guests.

Our exquisite Fireside Lounge with detailed crown molding and checkered terrazzo floor is reminiscent of a 1920s London private club. At 1,150 square feet the lounge provides you with many options: receiving line, cocktail hour, photoshoots, a quiet place for guests to gather, or as an intimate ceremony setting.

Personalize the venue! You may decorate our venue spaces however you like (with only a few minor exceptions). Please run your ideas past our event coordinator when you meet. She may even suggest something you haven't considered!

Ceremonies

Have the ceremony you want!

Choose from 16 backdrop options for your wedding setting, from a wooden glen to a medieval cathedral! A two-hour rehearsal the evening before your wedding is included in your ceremony rental. We encourage you and your bridal party to bring your wedding dresses, suits and accessories to keep in the secure bridal suites just so there is one less thing to think about on your important day.

You bring your own officiant — religious leader, justice of the peace, ordained family member — it is your wedding and should reflect who you are and what you believe. Every kind of musical need will be met whether it is our Mahler pipe organ, piano, hired musicians, or sound system for your favorite prerecorded music.

You will also have use of our private bride’s and groom’s suites the day of your event. Ample windows offering natural light, full length mirrors, private bathrooms, and space for hanging your wedding clothes. To help you to remember to relax on your special day we offer mimosa packages and have a foosball table in the groom’s suite.

Receptions

Personalize your reception from the ballroom layout to your menu and all the decorative details in between. We have partnered with some of the Chippewa Valley’s best caterers to offer an extensive menu to meet every need and budget. White, ivory, or black table linens, napkins, tableware, and set-up/ take-down of the ballroom is included in the rental. We will skirt and light the head, cake, and gift tables as well as skirt the buffet table. If you would like to offer your guests something that is not on the menu, please inquire.

Champagne toasts, wine, spirits, and wedding receptions go hand-in-hand. We offer full beverage service for your wedding reception with hosted and cash bar options or a combination of the two. If there is something special you would like to offer your guests, please ask. We will try our best to accommodate.

All rates are subject to state sales tax. Saturday wedding ceremonies must also include the reception. All room rental fees, along with a signed contract, are required to reserve a date. All fees are non-refundable. A second deposit of $1,500 is due at your 60-day meeting. Your final deposit and $500 security deposit are due at your 15-day meeting.
